By accessing and using the Pruva website (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Booking and Payments

To book a yacht charter, you must provide accurate and complete personal and payment information. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the final balance due as specified in your charter agreement. Payments can be made via credit card or bank transfer.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are detailed in your individual charter agreement. Generally, cancellations made more than 90 days before the charter date may receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 90 days are typically non-refundable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our Service and as a charter guest, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information during the booking process.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations during your charter.
• Respect the crew, the yacht, and its equipment.
• Ensure the safety and responsible behavior of all members of your party.
• Assume responsibility for any damages caused by you or your party.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, layout, design, data, databases and graphics on this website are protected by intellectual property laws and are owned by Pruva, unless otherwise stated. Unless expressly permitted in writing, you may not copy, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from this Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pruva shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service or for the cost of procurement of substitute services. We are not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss sustained by charter guests. All charter activities are undertaken at your own risk.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
